Virginia Mortgage
FHA Loan Limits, VA Refinancing

Virginia mortgage rates have declined to record levels, so borrowers seeking low rate FHA home loans, VA refinancing and cash out are in the right place at the right time. Virginia homeowners benefitted from increased FHA loan limits in 2008 with loans up to $625,550 in specific high cost areas.

Refinancing your East Coast property has never been easier with cash out loans available from 85 to 95% for qualified Virginia borrowers. FHA mortgage loans have no pre-payment penalties and HUD even offers a unique rate and term loan for existing FHA loans, called a streamline. Nationwide offers competitive Virginia mortgage loans for refinance, getting cash out, consolidating debts, and making home improvements.

As you may have already learned, very few Virginia mortgage brokers are able to offer the low VA rates and lending attention that you will get from Nationwide.

The Housing of Urban Development reduced the Virginia mortgage maximum limits for 2009 and the FHA loan limit changes can be seen below by county. Fortunately, 2010 FHA loan limits will remain the same for Virginia mortgage transactions.
