FHA Loan Limits - California Mortgage Rates
California mortgage rates hit rock bottom in 2009 and the FHA loan limits for 2010 will stay the same as California homeowners move to refinance their home into an affordable loan payment. West coast homeowners benefit from new increased FHA mortgage loan limits for California refinance loans up to $625,550. Many borrowers will take advantage of the California FHA loan amounts that enable struggling homeowners to refinance into a fixed rate mortgage payment that is low enough for them to avoid foreclosure.
Southern California borrowers have begun to utilize FHA refinance loans in high volumes. Home values continue to slide in San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, Los Angeles and San Jose, but this has created a new opportunity for California homebuyers because housing is more affordable than ever. Consider FHA home mortgage for fixed rate refinance or purchase loans from $417,000 to $625,550 in designated high cost areas.
Our California Mortgage Lenders are reporting mortgage rates below 5% with improved home refinancing with cash out options available up to 95% for qualified borrowers. FHA home loans are provided to qualifying homeowners who meet the FHA lending criteria set forth by the Housing of Urban Development (HUD).
