I have filled out the loan application with several mortgage lenders. My credit scores are good but I’ve have had trouble finding a lender to consolidate my 1st and 2nd liens.

I am looking for a refinace on my 1st at 5.75% while paing all my debts and 2nd loan that has a 15.5% interest rate.
Please have someone call me asap

Please let me know if you still offer home equity loan programs for borrowers that have fico scores under 600. We have a lot of clients that have equity and they need 2nd mortgages but their credit scores are less than favorable.

I’m a dislocated woorker due to lop-sided trade policies killing American jobs. Im enrolled in trade school, which is stae funded for which I am greatful. The course is 18 months long, therefore; I will be un-employed untill after completion. There are great mortgage rates out there which would save me a bundle in this time of hardship, but not for me. My lending institution contacted me urging me to take advantage of these low rates. during the application process, I learned I have a near perfect credit score. When I told them I was unemployed, they said I did not qualify for any type of refinancing due to no source of income. neither unemployment,or seperation benefits qualify as income. The fact that I have lived within my means and saved for hard times and must make my house payment anyway doesnt matter. It seems the only programs available of this type are for the irresponsible. No wander, look at our government. Since the banks, nor the government will listen I suppose Im only venting!!!!!!!!!!!!

I filed bankrupt in 2004 had a home loan that went under the bankruptcy. Credit not that strong. Credit score btw 590-640 now.
Can I qualify for a Second chance home loan?
