Would like to know if you do VA streamline arm 5/1 loan refinancing on a home that has a second lien on it? It is located in Oak Harbor, WA. Home worth approc 240,000 and owe 265K to first mtge and 23K to 2nd. I’ve been reading about second lien relief in the bill the Pres just passed. If you do not, can you direct me to a lender that could help? Thanks in advance. – D. Anguiano

I couldn’t agree with this more. Everyone can continue to shop for the lowest rate; however, rates are at their lowest historically, if refinancing saves you money it is time to get it done! Don’t miss the boat…. Especially if you are in an interest only, adjustable mortgage or a high interest rate. Shopping for an eight difference in rate only wastes time, and puts you in a position of missing the opportunity if they should drop.

Seeking more info on mortgage refinance relief to prevent forclosure. Which is better a loan modification or a refinance loan? Does FHA offer mortgage loans to people with bad credit still?
